The position involves working as a substitute in Regionservice, which means you support various operations with your skills in daily tasks. This is a job that offers great variety and change.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer hourly employment as a base. This means that the number of working hours per week can vary. You now also have the opportunity to apply for summer substitutes for the summer period of 2026. The summer substitute position is scheduled during weeks 23-36, during this period you can request which consecutive weeks you can work (for example, weeks 24-29). No leave can be granted during weeks 23-36.

Your tasks mainly consist of service-related duties within healthcare.

• Service Host. You will work with meal management in the department, such as being responsible for ordering meals, preparing meals, and unpacking food items. You will also perform cleaning tasks to maintain order in premises and in patient and staff areas to create a pleasant environment and maintain good hygiene.
• Material Supply. A job where the healthcare needs for textiles and supply materials are ordered, unpacked, and delivered by us. Service orientation, communication, and collaboration with healthcare are crucial in this role so that they can focus on the patient. The job requires extensive computer knowledge regarding systems and programs.

The work takes place in a hospital environment, and you will work alongside nurses, doctors, nursing assistants, and custodians. In your daily work, you will also have contact with the patients present in the premises.

Since we operate Monday to Sunday, working hours may include weekends, evenings, and night shifts. Working hours can vary from as early as 06:00.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and has computer skills. The position requires very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

It is advantageous if you have completed high school education and have experience in service occupations, cleaning, meals, and/or work in healthcare and social services.

• For the position of service host, experience in cleaning, meals, service, or work in healthcare and social services is advantageous.
• For the position in material supply, computer knowledge and warehouse work are advantageous.

Service orientation, communication, and collaboration with healthcare are crucial in this role so that they can focus on the patient. The job requires extensive computer knowledge regarding systems and programs.
